GameStop’s PC Downloads (known as ImpulseDriven.com) needed to utilize a single sign on functionality, where one login will get the user into PC Downloads, GameStop.com and the GameStop brand loyalty program, PowerUpRewards.com.

Working with a UX designer that produced 8 different use-cases, user flows and wireframes, a direction was decided upon. After almost 4 months of research and revisions, defining a new voice for the brand to serve as a “guide” through the process – the conversion service was launched.

A majority of over 1 million users were successfully able to convert within the first 72 hours after launch.
